Kitchen knife blade in stainless damask with VG10 egg steel. Lovely pattern and good egg retention.
Comes with a polished patterned surface that gives your next knife a premium touch you can be proud of!
Put together with a shaft blank of your choice and form your own Santoku. This blade has a full tang, which means you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the tang of the blade into a hole in a block.
Length of blade is 200mm incl. front holder.
Egg length 180 mm.
The shaft is a total of 116mm including buttplate.
Between the front sleeve and the rear sleeve is 92-111mm.
The height of the pliers in the middle is 32mm, the thickness of the pliers is approx. 3mm.
The small holes are about 5mm and the pins are about Ø4-5mm and 3mm high.
