What is Shredder (P963)?

Ceramic abrasive belts that provide extra long durability , suitable for heavy duty use and perfect for rough work . This is the same abrasive that is marketed under the name Shredder .

What is Trizact?

Useful belts from 3M that are well suited for medium to fine grinding of steel and other metals. Note that they come in two varieties with different abrasives. Trizact are belts with structured (built-up) abrasives that provide consistent grinding throughout the life of the belt as the belt renews itself by wearing out abrasive grains falling off and revealing new abrasive grains.

Trizact GATOR : A type of Trizact belt with rectangular structured abrasives. Trizact Gator is thicker and lasts even longer than regular Trizact.

Often used from rough sanding to fine sanding, i.e. after 120 grit ceramic belts and up to 2500 grit.

What is R350 Flex?

The sanding belt is aluminum oxide on a more flexible canvas which makes the belt softer and thinner and it bends more to the material being sanded. Well suited for rounding off shafts, sanding inner radius and other organic shapes.

What is Cork Polishing?

Finishing belts with cork grains impregnated with silicon carbide. Gives a great smooth striped satin finish and the belts last a very long time . The belts look rough because of the cork grains but the abrasive is very fine grained and gives an incredibly smooth and fine finish . Must experience!

What is Film SA331?

Film belts, i.e. very thin plastic belts, with aluminum oxide (SA331). Can be used, for example, to achieve the final finish on a shaft, or as an extra good starting point for hand sanding. Well suited for fine sanding of steel, wood and composite.

What is Alox?

Aluminum oxide belts are great for fine grinding of both wood, composites and metals for a low price. Works well for sharpening knives, for example a 400 belt quickly gives a very sharp knife edge.

What is BORA7?

Sanding belt with ceramic abrasive. The well-known BORA7 is the answer to your sanding needs when it comes to coarse and medium sanding. With grits from 36 to 120 you can go from a rough workpiece to ready for fine sanding. Long life and works on wood, composite and steel .

What is Leather Strap Belt?

Genuine cowhide leather used for polishing knife edges using a belt sander. The leather belt is used on a 2x72" belt sander and filled with polishing paste for strapping (final finish) of the knife edge. Use, for example, M7 stropping compound.

What is Narrow Corrugated Belt 25mm (1x72 inch)?

Flexible belts with a wavy edge that prevents the sides from digging into the material being sanded. This makes them particularly suitable for rounding off shafts and sanding the inside in hard-to-reach places, such as around finger guards or other internal curves .

What is Zirconia?

Zirconium abrasive is mixed with a special resin to create a belt that removes material quickly, cuts cooler than regular aluminum oxide, and lasts 4-5 times longer.
