Combine with a handle blank of your choice and create your own fruit knife. This blade has a full tang, which means you attach a handle plate to each side of the handle instead of placing the blade's tang in a hole in a block.
Blade length is 107mm, of which 22mm is the integrated front socket. The shaft is 98mm in total, from the front socket to the rear socket. The height of the tang in the middle is 24mm, the thickness of the tang is about 3mm. The small holes are 5mm and the large one is 9mm.
