Santoku - Stainless Damask Chef's Knife 8" Threaded Tongs

Kitchen knife blade in stainless damask with 8Cr14Mov egg steel, a steel similar to AUS8 and also used by Benchmade and CRKT, among others. Lovely pattern and good egg retention.

Comes with a polished patterned surface that gives your next knife a premium touch you can be proud of!

Put together with a shaft blank of your choice and form your own Santoku. This blade has a full tang, which means you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the tang of the blade into a hole in a block.

Length of blade is 200 mm including front sleeve.

The pliers are a total of 85mm threads 5.5mm in 33mm length from the end.
