Santoku - AUS10 Damask Chef's knife 8" full tang with sockets

Kitchen knife blade in stainless damask with AUS10 egg steel. Lovely pattern and good egg retention.

Comes with a polished patterned surface that gives your next knife a premium touch you can be proud of!

Put together with a shaft blank of your choice and form your own Santoku. This blade has a full tang, which means you put a plate on each side of the shaft instead of putting the tang of the blade into a hole in a block.

Length of the blade is 207mm including front holder.
Egg length 190 mm.
The shaft is a total of 117mm including buttplate.
Between the front sleeve and the rear sleeve is 103-115mm.
The height of the pliers in the middle is 31mm, the thickness of the pliers is approx. 3mm.
The oval holes are approx. 4.5x7mm and the round hole is approx. Ø8mm.
