Provides a clear hard protective surface that brings out the life of stabilized and oiled wood, while also being fingerprint-resistant. A box lasts a very long time, even after opening.
Apply thinly with a soft rag or paper towel, then buff with a clean dry rag or polishing wheel, causing the wax to harden. Widely used on many different surfaces, such as bone, wood, composite, furniture, leather, stone and metals!
TIP!: When gluing shafts and the like, coat the surfaces that are not to be glued with Renaissance Wax and let the epoxy flow out when you press the shaft together. Instead of wiping off the epoxy that comes out oozing with paper, and cleaning with acetone and so on, you let it harden on the area covered by Renaissance wax. Then when it is hard, you pop it right off when it is finished gluing!
This renaissance wax is your friend through thick and thin!
What people say:
I use this on ALL my firearms and metal/aluminum magazines and can't say enough about how great this is! My IWB holster and carry guns absolutely love the stuff too. I've even used a light coating on my flat/limited texture polymer things like lower gun frames, pmags and I swear it gives them a better texture when handling as well as helps darken the polymer just a little to the point where they look like when I first bought them. For a while I used to use the karate kid technique when applying.... 2 microfiber rags, one wet, one dry, wax on, wax off. Now I just use one rag and apply a little extra pressure until the film is so thin that it sinks in the rest of the way on its own. Love love love love the stuff ! // @TerminalM193 on youtube
I apply it extremely sparingly... right after (while it's still soft)... I polish gently with a microfiber cloth and let the fibers of the cloth distribute the Renwax evenly on the object. // @dennisblaine1499 on youtube
