Consists of micarta, which is a composite consisting of epoxy/resin and layered textile that provides a solid material with good grip properties and visual character.

Micarta is a bit kinder to tools than G10, as it is made from regular textiles instead of fiberglass. Micarta is also about 10% lighter. Producing thick parts requires a lot of work to get it right, which is why this solid handle material is a rare commodity. Finally available in block form! We also have tons of colors and sizes in sheet form!

You can also make Micarta yourself, using your own fabrics and epoxy. For example, cut up an old pair of pants or two and layer them with this epoxy .
