This white ceramic sharpening rod keeps the egg sharp at all times. Take a few pulls over the rod a few times a week and the eggs will last a long time.

The handle is ergonomically designed with finger protection, but be careful when using it.

The recommended sharpening angle is often around 20 degrees, depending on the angle at which your knife is sharpened, but it is possible to get a feel for it.

A good way to visualize it is to try to "cut" as thin a slice of the steel as possible.
