Evenheat Hardening oven incl. shipping

Now you have the opportunity to have your very own Evenheat hardening furnace shipped to you free of charge. In collaboration with Evenheat Kiln, inc. we are pleased to offer a selection of furnaces for hardening steel in the production of knives and other tools. Shipped directly to you from the factory without you having to worry about shipping, customs paperwork and other stress.

The advantage of such a furnace is that you can maintain a very precise temperature for a long time and only need to supply electricity. In addition, you can program the furnace to follow a recipe according to your wishes. This way you do not have to refill gas or coal while still getting very precise results and you can use exactly the steel you want!

These furnaces make it easy, fast and convenient to get your steels hardened.

Which oven do you need? (In the picture you see KF18 with Rampmaster 3)
You can choose between 2 different sizes and 2 different programmable controller units.

Sizes
The ovens are 25.4cm wide (10 inches) and 16.5cm high (6.5 inches), and there are two depths, 18 and 22.5 inches, hence the names KF18 and KF22, these are 46.7cm and 57cm deep respectively.

Set Pro (SP)
The SP is the simpler and more affordable of the two controllers, but does the job. It can be programmed and stores up to 4 programs. The temperature has a range of +/- 20 Fahrenheit (about 11 C), if you need more precision, then choose the Rampmaster 3.

Rampmaster 3 (RM3)
The RM is a slightly more advanced controller, but offers faster programming. It can also remember up to 12 programs. The Rampmaster has a temperature range of +/- 10 Fahrenheit (about 5.5 Celsius).

All ovens are supplied in standard 1-phase 230V that fits your Norwegian sockets. The ovens are CE marked which means that they comply with Norwegian and European regulations. This is necessary for the sale of such ovens in Europe.

When in doubt, choose a model with a depth based on the longest blade you think you'll want to harden, and go for the Rampmaster 3 for ease of use and precision.

The ovens are manufactured to order, the expected production time is currently somewhat extended and is now 6 weeks (as of Sept 23). If you wish, we can check the real expected delivery time for you before you order.
