Elforyn is a high-quality raw material for the production of various craft products where an effect that corresponds to real ivory is sought.
Elforyn consists of a mixture of different minerals in a light-resistant resin that provides permanent color stability, i.e. no yellowing over time.
Information about Elforyn:
- Excellent mechanical formability, for example when drilling, milling, grinding and polishing
- Minimal risk of breakage due to high elasticity coefficient and homogeneous structural composition
- High quality surface due to high surface hardness and resistance to wear
- Resistant to all conventional agents such as cleaning agents, oils, grease, weak / medium acids and bases.
- Low water absorption
- Can be shaped in boiling water
- Can be polished or varnished to obtain polished or matte surfaces.
- Can produce slightly translucent and fluorescent effects.
- Comfortable to touch due to suitable thermal conductivity
